This website (the “Site”) is operated by Maria Voroh, a licensed dealer (osek murshe), trading as SkyFilms (“SkyFilms”, “we”).
Your use of the Site, including browsing it and submitting its forms, is subject to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.
These terms are a translation of the Hebrew original. If the two versions differ, the Hebrew version prevails.
What the Site is for
The Site presents SkyFilms’ aerial cinematography services and lets you contact us.
The information on the Site is general. It is not a binding offer and does not replace a quote or an agreement. Every job is carried out under a written quote and agreement, subject to flight approvals, weather and a safety feasibility check.
Illustrative images
Some images on the Site are illustrative only and do not document work we have carried out. They are marked “Illustrative image” on the Site.
Intellectual property
All rights in the content of the Site, including photographs, videos, text, design, trademarks and the SkyFilms logo, belong to SkyFilms or to rights holders who have allowed us to use them.
You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, publish, modify or commercially use the content without our prior written consent. You may share a link to the Site.
Work filmed for clients is shown with their consent, and rights in it are governed by our agreement with each client.
Prohibited use
You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to harm it, disrupt it or bypass its security; run automated tools to collect data from it; or submit false details, or another person’s details without their consent.
Contacting us through the Site
Submitting your details is voluntary. We use them to reply to your inquiry, as described in the privacy policy. An inquiry through the Site does not create an engagement until we agree on one in writing.
Third parties
The Site includes links to and services of third parties, such as WhatsApp and video players. Their use is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
Liability
The Site is provided as is. We work to keep its information accurate and the Site available, but we do not guarantee that it will operate without interruption or error.
To the extent permitted by law, SkyFilms is not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from use of the Site or reliance on its information. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update the Site and these terms from time to time. The binding version is the one published on the Site, and the date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and the use of the Site are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter relating to them.
