Who we are
This policy explains what information we collect on this website, why, who it is shared with, and your rights regarding it.
The controller of the information is Maria Voroh, a licensed dealer (osek murshe), trading as SkyFilms. This policy follows the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the regulations made under it. It is a translation of the Hebrew original, which prevails if the two differ.
What we collect
Information you give us. In the contact form: your name, phone number, project type and any notes you choose to write. In the quick form at the top of the home page: phone number and project type only. With each form submission we also keep the address of the page it was sent from (including any parameters in that address) and the page language, so we know where you came from and which language to reply in. On WhatsApp, by phone or by email: whatever you choose to share.
Technical information. Like any website, our hosting provider logs technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, and time of access, for security and operation.
Usage measurement. Only if you allow it in the privacy settings: aggregate usage data through Google Analytics. Without your consent, the tool is not loaded at all.
Why we use it
- to reply to your inquiry and prepare a quote;
- to coordinate, produce and deliver the service you ordered;
- to keep the Site secure and prevent abuse;
- to improve the Site, only if you allowed usage measurement;
- to meet our legal obligations.
We will not send you marketing messages without your explicit consent, as required by section 30A of the Israeli Communications Law.
Are you required to give it
You are under no legal obligation to give us any information. You provide it voluntarily and with your consent. Without a name and phone number we cannot get back to you through the form, and you can always reach us on WhatsApp or by email instead.
Who we share it with
We do not sell information and do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. Information goes only to providers that help us run the Site, and only as far as needed:
- Cloudflare: hosting the Site, serving it to visitors and protecting it from attacks. To do this it processes the technical information described above, such as IP addresses.
- Google (Google Sheets and Gmail): form inquiries are stored in a spreadsheet in the business’s Google account, which emails us a notification. This is also the business mailbox that receives inquiries sent by email.
- Google Analytics: only if you allowed usage measurement.
- YouTube (Google): only if you play the showreel. Nothing is sent to YouTube before you click, and the player loads in its privacy-enhanced mode.
- WhatsApp (Meta): only if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, under its own terms and policy.
We disclose information to a competent authority only when required by law.
Transfers outside Israel
Some of our providers store information on servers outside Israel. Transfers follow the Israeli Privacy Protection (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad) Regulations, 5761-2001.
Cookies and browser storage
The Site does not use non-essential cookies without your consent. Your settings, such as accessibility, language and privacy, are kept in your browser’s local storage and are never sent to us.
You can change your choice at any time in the , and clear stored data through your browser settings.
Security
We take reasonable, accepted measures to protect information, in line with the Israeli Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations, 5777-2017, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limiting access to the people who need it to handle your inquiry. No method guarantees absolute protection.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not turn into work are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Client information is kept for as long as the service requires, and for any period the law requires, for example under tax law.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Protection Law, you may review the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date. You can also ask us at any time to stop contacting you.
Send requests to skyfilms.aerial@gmail.com. We will reply within 30 days. If we do not, you may contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
Minors
The Site is meant for business inquiries and is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when needed. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
